Director of Operations and Finance (Fluent English / Spanish - Required)

Salary Range: $93,000 - $110,000 depending on experience, plus competitive PTO and benefits package

The GrowHaus is seeking a talented Director of Operations and Finance to play a key role in shaping our next chapter by ensuring our internal systems are secure, efficient, and sustainable while we develop our next big project(s) and consider our future real estate endeavors, and enhance our programming through recent grant acquisitions. As part of The GrowHaus leadership team and reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Director of Operations and Finance will act as a strategic thought partner and advisor to the Executive Director and Board of Directors by driving our work around risk mitigation, financial planning, and legal compliance. This role presents a collaborative and strategic opportunity to enhance The GrowHaus’s capacity in this next growth phase.

Senior Development Manager (Some Spanish - Preferred)

Salary: $72,000 - $75,000 depending on experience, plus competitive PTO and benefits package

The GrowHaus is seeking a Senior Development Manager to manage the organization’s day-to-day development operations to reach fundraising goals set by the Director of Development. To excel in this role, you must be a proven fundraiser with experience securing grants, managing budgets and evaluations, and working on successful individual giving campaigns. We’re looking for someone with experience mentoring and leading team members to reach goals.You will be part of a leadership team that has dramatically scaled the organization’s budget and operations and have the opportunity to drive the annual giving campaigns that make this work possible.

Senior Manager of Food Access (Fluent in English and Spanish - Required)

Salary Range: $62,500 - $68,000 depending on experience, plus competitive PTO and benefits package

The GrowHaus seeks a Senior Manager of Food Access to lead and manage our food access initiatives. This role involves overseeing food procurement, distribution, budgeting, grant management, and community outreach to achieve organizational goals. Reporting to the Executive Director, the ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our development, education, and outreach teams. We're looking for an innovative, organized, and compassionate leader with a deep passion for food justice.
